Social and Emotional Intelligence introduces participants to the principles and practices that support effective social engagement and teamwork. Interactive practices encourage real engagement with the material in a safe learning environment. Material is based on work by Daniel Goleman, Karla McLaren, Marshall Rosenberg, Tara Brach, Wendy Palmer, William L. Ury, Douglas Stone and others. Participants will learn to:

- Understand practices that support comfort and confidence in communication
- Learn to break themselves or a group out of sticky loops and systems
